• Code Enforcement Planning

  Town of Ponce Inlet Code Enforcement Division. Cases are heard by a contracted Code Enforcement Special Magistrate (an attorney), which replaced the Code Enforcement Board on November 21, 2024; hearings are held the 4th Monday of each month at 9:30 am in the Town Council Chambers, 4300 South Atlantic Avenue.
