• Buildings and Codes Planning

  Building safety, fire prevention, zoning and permit resources. The town has adopted the 2018 International Codes. The Building Commissioner issues building, mechanical and plumbing permits and Certificates of Occupancy, reviews and forwards materials to the Planning Commission, issues Temporary Use permits, forwards variance and special exception applications to the Board of Zoning Appeals, and conducts zoning compliance inspections.

• City Administrator / City Recorder Clerk

  The City Administrator and City Recorder's office handles accounts receivable and payable, purchasing, payroll, personnel issues, public works coordination, council meeting preparation and minutes, records of ordinances and resolutions, and beer permits. Office hours Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

• Deputy Clerk Clerk

  The Deputy Clerk greets the public and answers general questions, handles court matters (including accepting payments of fines and costs), accident and police reports, and assists the Police Department and Building Commissioner. Provides records request, special event, pavilion rental, food truck, street solicitation and transient vendor forms. Office hours Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
