    Administrative office of the Borough of Mount Penn at 200 North 25th Street, open 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Borough staff listed include the Borough Manager and the Streets Foreman. The Borough Secretary is designated as the Borough's Open Records Officer.

    Borough permitting under the Uniform Construction Code: building, electrical, mechanical/HVAC and plumbing permits, the rental registration and licensing program, property transfer inspections, and parking and miscellaneous permits. Residential permit review takes up to three weeks and commercial up to a month. Staff listed include a certified Plumbing & Mechanical Inspector who also handles property transfers.

  • Tax Collector Finance

    Mount Penn Borough Tax Collector. Hours during the last two weeks of March, April, June and December are Tuesdays 3 PM to 6 PM and Wednesdays and Thursdays until noon; other times by appointment only. A 24/7 dropbox is located at the borough office, left side of the front glass doors.
