• Building and Zoning Department Planning

  Village of Walworth Building/Zoning Inspector services are provided by Construction Site Inspections of Wisconsin. Office hours Mondays 1:30pm-3:00pm and the 3rd Monday of each month 4:30pm-6:00pm; appointments are not required but are encouraged. For permits/inspections call (262)903-4221.

• Clerk Treasurer & Utility Clerk

  Village of Walworth Clerk Treasurer's Office at 227 N. Main Street, open Monday-Thursday 8:15am-4:00pm and Friday 8:15am-12:00pm. Responsibilities include maintaining the Village's finances, collecting and disbursing tax payments, preparation of the annual budget, financial reporting, payroll, election administration, records management, agendas, minutes, licenses, administering Board of Review, and the Water Utility finances.

  Walworth Municipal Court. Court Clerk office hours Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm and Friday 8:00am-1:00pm; court is held on Wednesday afternoons. Offenses heard in municipal court are not criminal in nature.

  Village of Walworth Public Works Department at 131 Badger Street, open Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4:00pm and Friday 6:00am-10:00am. Has a Water/Sewer Manager & Superintendent and a Streets & Parks Manager; runs brush and leaf pickup and brush chipping on the 1st and 3rd Mondays April through October, and a compost site at 131 Badger Street.
