  Town Assessor's office, 1 Temple Drive 2nd Floor. Estimates the value of real property, which is converted into an assessment used in computing real property tax bills. Hours: Wednesday 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

• Building Department Planning

  Town Building Department. Administers and enforces the New York State Building Code and relevant town ordinances; issues building, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and demolition permits, reviews plans, inspects projects, and issues Certificates of Occupancy and Compliance. Receives code enforcement complaints and municipal search requests.

• Highway Department Public Works

  Town of Tuxedo Highway Department, 984 Long Meadow Road. Responsible for the maintenance, resurfacing, reconstruction, improvements, snow removal, and hazard removal of the Town's roads and streets, and maintains all Town-owned buildings, parking lots, grounds, parks, and multi-purpose areas.

• Tax Collector Finance

  Town of Tuxedo Tax Collector. Responsible for the collection of property taxes (Town, County, and special district) for all parcels located within the Town of Tuxedo. In-person payments at the Town Clerk's window, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 2:30 pm.

• Town Clerk Clerk

  Town Clerk's Office of the Town of Tuxedo. Serves as Registrar of Vital Statistics, filing officer, records management and records access (FOIL) officer, recording secretary to the Town Board and election coordinator; issues marriage, dog, conservation, games of chance and handicapped parking permits as an agent for New York State. Offers notary services Monday through Friday 9-3 pm.

• Town Court Courts

  Tuxedo Town Court. Jurisdiction over all misdemeanors, traffic matters, and original jurisdiction over all felonies arising within the Town of Tuxedo; civil jurisdiction up to $3,000, including Small Claims and Landlord/Tenant summary proceedings. Court sessions Wednesdays at 1:30PM and Thursdays at 4:00PM; office Mon-Fri 9:00AM-3:00PM.
