• Animal Control Animal Services

  Limited animal control services; stray and animal concerns go to the Village police department or Village Hall first, which contacts Kane County Animal Control as needed. No dead wildlife removal.

• Building Services Planning

  Issues building permits, reviews plans, inspects for building code and zoning compliance. Building Official provided under contract with Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. (HLR).

• Code Enforcement Planning

  Code Enforcement Officers patrol the village for violations of the Building Code, Zoning, Public Health and Safety, and Public Ways regulations, and initiate compliance actions.

  Accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit, tax levies, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and utility billing and collection for the Village.

• Parks and Recreation Parks & Recreation

  Larry Sabatino Jr. Memorial Park (145 Thorobred Lane), maintained by Public Works with volunteers and the Sleepy Hollow Service Club; hosts Independence Day and Halloween in the Hollow events.
