• City Hall Offices Administration

  Seymour City Hall at 123 W. Market Street houses the utility office, the City Clerk and the City Administrator's office. Utility bills, court payments, cemetery lots and permits can be paid at the utility office. Records requests go to the City Clerk on the Sunshine Law / Records Request form.
