• Building Department Planning

  Munsey Park's building department issues building permits; its forms library covers building permit applications, zoning analysis, generators, central air conditioning, roofs, driveways, siding, sprinklers, dumpsters/PODs and related affidavits. Permit applications must include a notarized Application for Building Permit, a Nassau County Board of Assessors form and the building permit fee. Staff include the Code Enforcement Official. • Munsey Park Justice Court Courts

  Village justice court of Munsey Park, with a Village Justice, an Associate Justice, a prosecutor and a court clerk. Court (conferences and arraignments) begins at 5:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted, at Munsey Park Village Hall, 1777 Northern Blvd, Manhasset, NY 11030 (use the Sargent Place entrance). Village parking fines are payable to "Munsey Park Justice Court".

• Village Attorney Legal

  Legal counsel to the Village of Munsey Park; the staff directory lists a Village Attorney and a Prosecuting Attorney. The Board of Trustees, Board of Appeals and Building Advisory Committee each work with the Village attorney on all matters.

• Village Clerk / Treasurer Clerk

  Village Hall staff of the Incorporated Village of Munsey Park, led by the Clerk / Treasurer with a Deputy Clerk. Village Hall is at 1777 Northern Blvd, Manhasset, NY 11030; hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, closing at 12 noon on Fridays in June, July and August. Visitors enter on Sargent Place (back door of Village Hall); the Northern Blvd entrance is closed.

• Village Road Crew Public Works

  Village of Munsey Park road crew; the staff directory lists a Supervisor and two Utility Workers. The Village road crew does not collect bagged leaves; leaf pickup is provided by the Village's contracted hauler, Meadow Carting.
