The City Clerk-Treasurer's Office accepts all legal service for the City and the Mayor. City Hall staff answer questions or make referrals to other Department Heads, process city applications for water, sewer and garbage services, park reservation, land use, building permits and dog licenses, and are responsible for Utility Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Payroll, and Human Resource Services.

The City Supervisor's mission is to provide the highest quality service to City of Moxee residents through the Public Works Department and all other City Departments providing City water, solid waste, streets, parks, wastewater, equipment, and building maintenance.

Moxee Police Department Police

The Moxee Police Department protects and serves the citizens of Moxee and is specialized in investigation, patrolling, and preventative and community policing programs. Fire coverage for Moxee is provided by East Valley Fire Department (Yakima County Fire District #4), and cases that used to appear before the Moxee Municipal Court are now handled by Yakima County District Court.
