    Village of Lattingtown building and landscaping page: questions relating to building and planning go to the Building Supervisor (676-1729); tree removal questions go to the Tree Warden (676-6920). Publishes building/demolition, fence, septic, zoning board, planning board and landscaping application forms. Beginning January 1, 2018, construction of all new fences requires a permit from the Village.

  • Lattingtown Beach Committee Parks & Recreation

    Operates the Village Beach membership; membership checks are payable to Lattingtown Beach Committee. For 2026 the beach opens Saturday, May 23 and closes after Labor Day on Tuesday, September 8, 10 am to 6 pm weekdays and 10 am to 8 pm weekends; closed Mondays except legal holidays.   • Lattingtown Village Court Courts

    Lattingtown Village Court, located at 299 Lattingtown Road, Lattingtown, NY 11560 (mailing: P.O. Box 201, Locust Valley, NY 11560). Court meets the 4th Monday of the month, except holidays, at 7:00 P.M.; starting in October 2026 the Court meets at 6:00 P.M. Court Clerk reachable at (516) 401-5169 Monday, Wednesday or Friday 8:30am-9:30am or 4pm-6pm.

    Village administration of the Incorporated Village of Lattingtown, consisting of a Clerk-Treasurer and deputy who handle finances, building matters and general administration.
