Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

    Code Enforcement administers the Uniform Construction Code (residential and commercial permitting, building inspections), the Property Maintenance Code, commercial certificates of occupancy and occupancy licenses, and stormwater and flood zone questions.     The Indiana Borough Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility, a Class A (Major) facility built in 1973, treats an average of more than 8 million gallons of wastewater per day from over 70 miles of collection system serving Indiana Borough, White Township, Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the Morganti Development. It operates 24/7 with a state-accredited laboratory and runs an industrial pretreatment program.
