• Health Department Health

  Freehold Township Health Department provides public health services and health code enforcement to Hightstown Borough through a shared services agreement, serving as the local health department.

• Hightstown Borough Municipal Court Courts

  Hightstown Borough Municipal Court, located at 2300 Route 33, Robbinsville, NJ 08691. Sessions 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 1:30pm and 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 6:00pm.

• Police Department Police

  Hightstown Police Department. Police records requests go to the Police Records Clerk; animal bites, lost pets and strays are reported to the Police Department.

  Public Works garage and offices on Bank Street; office hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Handles trash, recycling, yard waste and bulk collection, and borough sewer line blockages.

• Tax Assessor Assessment

  Hightstown Borough Tax Assessor, available by appointment only.

• Tax/Water and Sewer Collection Finance

  Collects property taxes and water/sewer payments, due February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1 with a 10-day grace period. Office hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm at 156 Bank Street.
