• Borough Administration Administration

  Borough of Hatboro Administration Department at Borough Hall (historic Loller Academy building), 414 S. York Road. Led by the Borough Manager, appointed by Borough Council, who oversees day-to-day operations. Handles permits, inspections scheduling, bulk trash permits, zoning, open records requests, pool memberships, and business privilege tax. Hours Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

• Fire Marshal's Office Fire

  Borough of Hatboro Fire Marshal's Office performs fire inspections (including use and occupancy and rental inspections), plan reviews, investigations, and fire prevention education.

  Borough of Hatboro Office of Emergency Management coordinates emergency preparedness and maintains a Special Needs Registry of residents needing assistance in an emergency. Coordinator with two deputies.

• Public Works Department Public Works

  Borough of Hatboro Public Works provides refuse and recycling collection, yard waste and bulk trash collection, park and facilities maintenance, snow plowing and ice removal, and road maintenance. Led by the Public Works Foreman.

• Real Estate Tax Office (Tax Collector) Finance

  Receives real estate taxes for Hatboro Borough, Montgomery County and the Hatboro-Horsham School District, plus borough refuse fees and county waste generation fees. Office at the Pennypack Facility, 130 Spring Avenue, Hatboro, PA 19040; hours Tue-Thu 11:00 am-2:00 pm. Borough/County bills mailed in February, School District bills in July.
