    Glassport Borough's office in the Glassport Borough Building, 12 Monongahela Ave, Glassport, PA 15045. Effective November 18, 2025, office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Staff listed on the Mayor & Council page are the Borough Manager and the Borough Secretary. Building permit, occupancy inspection and dye test forms and payments are mailed or delivered to the Borough; the Borough's building inspector is CEA (Code Enforcement Agency), Jefferson Hills, PA, which will not process forms sent directly to it.

Office hours Tuesday and Thursday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with additional Wednesday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. hours during discount collections (Borough February 15 to April 15; School July 15 to September 15). Delinquent real estate taxes are collected by MBM Collections, Inc.; occupation tax is collected by Keystone Collections.
