  • Administration Administration

    General government or administration of the Village of Fox Point, consisting of the Village Manager, Village Clerk / Treasurer, Financial Manager, and support staff.

  • Forestry Department Public Works

    The Village Forester maintains and replenishes the woody vegetation in the Village right-of-way and in the village parks, parkways, playgrounds and civic areas.

  • Inspection Department Planning

    The Building Inspector administers and enforces Building, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Codes, reviews and approves related permits, and enforces ordinances including the Zoning Code, Sign, Fence, Lighting, and Maintenance of Property Ordinances. On-site at Village Hall Tuesdays and Thursdays 11 AM - 1 PM.

  • Municipal Court Courts

    The Fox Point Municipal Court oversees and adjudicates all municipal tickets issued by the Fox Point Police Department. Located at 7300 North Santa Monica Boulevard. Decisions may be appealed to the Milwaukee County Circuit Court within 20 days after judgment.

  • Police Department Police

    Fox Point Police Department, a community oriented policing agency at 7300 N Santa Monica Boulevard offering block watch, personal and bicycle safety, D.A.R.E., and crime prevention programs. After hours, the Bayside Communications Center dispatches officers; the department does not operate a dispatch center.

  • Public Works Department Public Works

    Fox Point Department of Public Works, covering garbage, recycling and leaf collection, stormwater, forestry, and community development projects.

  • Treasurer & Finance Finance

    The Village Clerk / Treasurer's office receives, deposits, invests and disburses Village funds, processes and collects property taxes, and handles payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting.

  • Village Clerk Clerk

    The office of the Village Clerk/Treasurer performs duties required by Wisconsin State Statutes: custody of official documents and records, election administration, issuing alcohol, cigarette, bartender and transient merchant licenses, Board of Review, agendas and minutes, legal notices, and public records requests.

    The Fox Point Water Utility distributes potable water to its customers from the joint North Shore Filtration Plant at 400 W Bender Road, Glendale WI. Water and sewer bills are quarterly.
