    The Village Office at 585 Oakwood Avenue, open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. It handles financial records, water bills, taxes, fees, payroll, budgeting, records management, applications and permits, local laws, maps, tax rolls, voting records, birth and death records, and minutes. Notary Public services are available at the office. All fees are collected at the Village Clerk-Treasurer's Office.

    Located at 400 Pine Street Extension, with a crew of 15. Responsible for snow removal, storm water management, Hamlin Park improvements, and administers trash, recycling, brush and leaf collection and the yard waste and compost drop-off at the Pine Street Extension yard.

  • Village of East Aurora/Town of Aurora Police Department Police

    Serves the residents and visitors of the Village of East Aurora and the Town of Aurora. A multi-service organization with the purpose of protecting life and property, enforcing all laws, detecting and preventing crime and providing emergency services to the community. Station at 571 Main Street. The administrative number is staffed 24/7; office personnel are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  • Water Department Utilities

    Operates the village water system and quarterly water billing (bills issued in March, June, September and December). Water is purchased from the Erie County Water Authority (ECWA). Billing questions go to 716-652-6057; after-hours water emergencies go to Police Dispatch at 716-652-1111.
