• Atlantic Highlands Municipal Court Courts

  Municipal Court at 100 First Avenue. Office hours Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Court sessions every 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 3:00 pm (except holidays), held both virtually and in person.   Municipal harbor and marina at 2 Simon Lake Drive. Harbor Office open 8:30am-4:30pm Monday thru Saturday. The fuel dock operates daily April 1 through November 30. Offers a Life Jacket Loaner Station and accepts online invoice payment through Payment Services Network.

• Tax Collector Finance

  The Tax Collector is charged with receiving and collecting all taxes, both current and delinquent. Taxes are billed and collected quarterly, due February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1, with a ten-day grace period.
