• Albany-Delaware Township Fire Department Fire

  The Albany - Delaware Township Fire Department serves the Town of Albany and parts of Niles, Richland, and Green Townships, handling about 600 calls per year and providing fire, rescue, and medical first responder services to around 3,500 residents. Mutual aid partners are Hamilton Township Fire, Parker City Fire, and Liberty Township Fire. It bills for services on structure fires, vehicle fires, and auto accidents. • Municipal Office (Clerk-Treasurer) Clerk

  The Town of Albany Municipal Office at 210 E. State Street, open Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. Utility payments by cash, check or money order are taken at the front desk, and a 24-hour drop box is on the front of the Municipal building. Building permit applications are available here (completed permits are brought to a Planning Commission meeting). Merchant license applications, golf cart registrations and splash pad rental agreements are turned in here. Copies of fire reports are paid to the Albany Town Clerk's office. Joyce Hamilton is listed as Clerk-Treasurer.

• Town Utilities Utilities

  Town of Albany water, sewer, storm water and sanitation utility billing. Utility bills are mailed on the first workday of the month and due on the 15th. Water meters are read the middle of the month. For after-hours water emergencies call (765) 747-7878 and tell the dispatcher you have a water emergency.
