  Manages SHA's Housing Choice Voucher program (formerly Section 8): the voucher list and random selection, eligibility, voucher issuance and payment standards, landlord recruitment, inspections and landlord payments.

  SHA's Legal Department: legal advice and representation, public records requests, grievance and fair hearings, and fraud investigation.
