Village of Altamont stormwater program. As of March 7, 2014 the Village received Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) permit coverage from the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation; the Department of Public Works is developing and implementing a program to comply with the permit. Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00pm.
