The Municipal Court has jurisdiction of violations of city ordinances for traffic cases and other types of cases, such as fire code, property violations, and other misdemeanor criminal matters; more serious criminal matters are handled through Rice County. Court is held on the 1st Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. at 114 N. Broadway.
