Bills water consumption, sewer and garbage collection. Meters are read between the 15th and 20th of each month and bills are mailed on the 1st; bills are due by the 15th, with a 10% late fee after 7:30 a.m. on the 16th, and accounts unpaid by the 25th are charged a $30 administrative surcharge and disconnected. A night drop slot at City Hall accepts money orders, checks and cash. Located at 111 West North Street, Overton, TX 75684.
