Construction Department handling construction permits and zoning enforcement. Zoning approvals are required for additions, changes of use and some alterations; applications are reviewed by the Zoning Enforcement Officer and then the Construction Department for technical review and permit issuance. Construction Official and Zoning Enforcement hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 11am; the Construction Technical Assistant is available Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
