Description
The Borough Clerk serves as Secretary to the Governing Body and is responsible for the municipal legislative processes. Services include Borough Council support, access to legislation, resolutions, minutes and agendas, local election administration, licenses and permits (dog and cat, limousine, liquor, raffle, solicitor's), and OPRA public records requests. The Clerk's office also houses the Registrar of Vital Statistics, which records births, deaths and marriages, issues marriage licenses and provides certified copies; registrar matters require an appointment.
