Created by Groveport Village Council in March 2002. The Director of Law advises the City's elected officials, commissions, boards and staff on municipal law matters, is Chief Prosecuting Attorney in Groveport Mayor's Court and Franklin County Municipal Court for criminal and traffic misdemeanors, and represents the City in civil litigation.
